Refrigerator Lower Drawer Guide Roller

This application was the first-ever use of our flagship Three-Point Contact Full Ball Bearing Roller, and it has remained a consistent product line for over 20 years.

Compared to traditional insert-bearing rollers (which use injected parts mounted onto rails or bearings), the Three-Point Contact Full Ball Bearing Roller may have slightly lower load capacity. However, it offers significant advantages in corrosion resistance, which is crucial for appliances that store food.

Even when installed with minor imperfections in the mating parts, these rollers still deliver smooth, stable movement and meet all required durability and performance specs for repeated drawer use. Their lightweight design also makes them especially well-suited for this application.

The outer ring is manufactured using precision-machined plastic or stainless steel rod stock, allowing for high design flexibility and less post-processing distortion compared to injection-molded parts.
