Grinder Holder Guide Roller

Our client’s existing products had a problem with corrosion.
To solve this problem, SUS420J2 material was used, and rubber covers were added on both sides of the bearing to prevent foreign substances from entering.
This minimizes the gap between the shaft and the bearing to allow smooth motion without shaking. Our client is now satisfied with the silky gliding action.

Conveyor and Pulley Guide Roller

Made to meet the various conveyor and pulley specifications used by our clients.
To withstand the tension of the conveyor and pulley, we used POM material with improved wear resistance and friction properties by applying two rows of bearings and tan bolts.
It also increased the allowable load and durability by contacting the outer-ring with two points of steel.
Particle generation was also blocked and friction was significantly reduced by adding a bearing cover assembled on the outer-ring which did not touch the inner-ring.

Solar printer production line conveyor idler

Made to the specifications of various conveyor belts used by our clients.
To withstand the tension of the conveyor belt, we applied a POM material that improves the 2nd row composition and wear resistance and friction properties, and used a high-quality steel bearing inside the bearing for smooth operation while enduring high load products.

As an industrial printer door guide, we applied our ball roller bearings to withstand the weight of the door while allowing smooth operation.

Used as a slide roller for towed vehicles back drawer.
Since it is used outdoors, there should be no corrosion caused by rainwater, and we made it with a roller by applying abrasion resistant POM material to prevent foreign substances from entering.
