ORBIS’s technology manufacturing bearings are mainly used as conveyors,

cleaner guides, and pulley guides for transporting glass substrates such as

LCD panels.


Each use has different requirements, so we manufacture and manage them

accordingly.


Most of them are custom-made, and they can be customized in various sizes

and appearances.

Applications : Semiconductor, LCD facility line product transfer roller, washing machine and pulley guide roller

Product Types and Applications

Glass Return Line Guide Roller

Used for conveyors that transport glass substrates such as LCD panels.
The main requirements are proper range of surface electrical resistance (106Ω to 109Ω), no particles, the surface of the roller must be free from dents and the illumination level must be high. This requires strict handling and management from electrical resistance inspection, production to packaging, and shipment.
Through continuous research and improvement, Orbis has acquired this processing and handling know-how and is supplying products exceeding the level required by our clients.

PEEK material has excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, and excellent mechanical properties even at temperatures above 200℃. ORBIS uses these materials to meet usage conditions that require superior performance.

Because corrosion resistance and wear resistance are important in the environment where water touches, the materials of parts (inner·outer ring, ball) are used as SUS304, glass, ceramic, etc.

Conveyor and Pulley Guide Roller

Made to meet the various conveyor and pulley specifications used by our clients.
To withstand the tension of the conveyor and pulley, we used POM material with improved wear resistance and friction properties by applying two rows of bearings and tan bolts.
It also increased the allowable load and durability by contacting the outer-ring with two points of steel.
Particle generation was also blocked by adding a bearing cover that was assembled on the outer-ring and removed friction because it did not touch the inner-ring.

Solar printer production line conveyor idler

Made to the specifications of various conveyor belts used by our clients.
To withstand the tension of the conveyor belt, we applied a POM material that improves the 2nd row composition and wear resistance and friction properties, and used a high-quality steel bearing inside the bearing for smooth operation while enduring high load products.
