3-step withdrawable drawer rollers

 One of our customer companies, which had previously used a bearing-free sliding rail modeled after a German aluminum rail, decided to incorporate bearings due to issues with wear and tear.

 To address this, Orbis designed ball roller bearings using wear-resistant POM (polyoxymethylene) materials to increase their load-bearing capacity. These bearings offer smooth operation and low noise during use.  

– Product Features

 The bearings feature a three-point contact design, which provides robustness and durability. Additionally, they provide a smooth and consistent operation. The hardware used with these bearings allows for soft closing and bidirectional damping of small sliding doors, with a maximum door weight of 50kg. These bearings have been tested for 100,000 opening and closing cycles and are KCL-certified (meeting the standards set by the Korean Construction Material Evaluation Institute).
