Rollers and aplication

The ball-rollers for sliding door damping system was developed at the request of a customer who was suffering from maintenance-service for roller breakage (cracks on plastic part, plastic particles, and in some severe cases, breaking-away of plastic outer-ring) which happens and starts within one year after its installation.

Since the second half of 2016, more than 300,000 pcs of ball-rollers for top-sliding damper system  have been supplied and installed so far, and the customer has been very happy because there has been no issue on poor quality or durability of rollers.

For your reference, through the test(KCL-QA-963) of KCL(Korea Conformity Laboratories) for 60KG, outstanding quality of ORBIS ball-rollers had been proved. KCL’s test details were durability test(590N/100K round trips), strength test(990N), and abrasion test(PK-1&2). Even after 600K round trips of unofficially durability test, there was little deformation and wear

Since 2007, we have supplied about 20K sets of sliding door guides to Fif, Germany company every year. This product is a steady seller without any quality problem from its first delivery till now.

Bottom-sliding roller for heavy sliding door
